This policy describes what information Eau Claire Roofing Connection collects when you use this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to keep this short and plain.

1. Information we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, the service you're asking about, and any message you write. We use this only to respond to your roofing inquiry.

Our web server keeps short-term logs of basic technical data (IP address, browser, page accessed) for site reliability. We do not use cookies for tracking or behavioral advertising — only for required functional purposes.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you give us to follow up on your roofing request — call you back, email a written estimate, schedule an inspection, document an insurance claim. We may use anonymized site analytics to improve the website. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Third parties

Form submissions on this site are processed through our form platform at forms.xyzsystems.co. They handle the email delivery and store the submission for our records.

We display reviews from our Google Business Profile on this site. Those reviews are public information that customers chose to publish on Google. We pull them at build time via the Google Places API; we do not share any personal information with Google in return.

4. Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ecroofingconnection@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days.

5. Data retention

We retain form submissions for up to five years for tax, accounting, and warranty record purposes. Server access logs are kept for 30 days. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, except where the law requires us to keep it (for example, completed-job records for tax purposes).

6. Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone in that age range. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We'll update the effective date at the top of this page if anything changes. For material changes, we'll post a brief notice on the homepage for 30 days so you know to come back and re-read.
